DAY 1
Depart to Turkey. Your flight includes meals, drinks, and in-flight
entertainment for your journey
DAY 2
Arrive in Istanbul. A private transfer from the airport to your hotel is
available (Apr 1-30 $48, May 1-Oct 31 $58): ISTANBUL
DAY 3
Today, we offer an optional morning tour of historical Istanbul. Visit St.
Sophia, the great Byzantine basilica built in the 6th century. Continue to
the Blue Mosque, the famous Ottoman mosque with its six minarets and blue
tiles. Visit the Turkish and Islamic Arts Museum. Continue to the
Hippodrome, where chariot races and competitive athletic events took place
during the Roman period. The last stop is the world famous Grand Bazaar, a
hive of 4000 shops, with shopping opportunities for carpets, jewelry,
leather, and more ($44). Balance of the day at leisure. This evening, choose
an optional night tour with dinner. Drive through the illuminated avenues of
Istanbul and Bosphorus. After a short drive, visit a popular night club,
where you will enjoy the famous floor show and local cuisine. During dinner,
a spectacular oriental show will be performed by belly dancers, folk groups
from various regions of Anatolia, and Turkish singers (Apr 1-30 $69, May

DAY 4
Morning at leisure. In the afternoon, enjoy an optional tour of Istanbul.
Visit the Topkapi Palace, the residence of the Ottoman Sultans housing the
richness of 00 years. Visit the treasury section, with the crown jewels and
the unique collection of Chinese porcelains. Continue to the Mosque of
Suleyman the Magnificent, which was built in the 16th century. Drive along
the Golden Horn and the Roman fortification walls before returning to the

DAY 5
Full day at leisure to explore Istanbul independently or enjoy an optional
full day tour including a cruise on the Bosphorus with lunch. Visit the
famous Istanbul Spice market before boarding the ferry which crosses the
Bosphorus visiting both Europe and Asia. The cruise terminates at the
fishing village of Sariyer close to The Black Sea. Visit the Sadberk Hanim
Museum - the first private museum of Istanbul - housed in an old handsome
mansion. Drive to Camlica Hill on the Asian side via the Bosphorus Bridge to
see the beautiful panoramic view of Istanbul. Visit the Beylerbeyi Palace,
the summer residence of Ottoman Sultans, with its original furniture and
magnificent gardens ($57) ISTANBUL
DAY 6
Should you choose, an optional transfer from your hotel to the airport is
