Daily Departures Year-Round!

 

            Day 1 – Depart your home from country
Fly to Moscow on an overnight flight.

Day 2 – Arrive Moscow, Russia
After arriving in this impressive capital city, you are met and transferred to your hotel for a free evening.

Days 3 & 4 – Moscow
Your sightseeing tour of Moscow includes Red Square with colorful St. Basil’s Cathedral. You also see the Kremlin Walls, Bolshoi Theater, Sparrow Hills, Novodeyvichy Convent, and the Russian “White House.” The rest of your time is free to explore the city on your own. Our Russian Service Corps can arrange optional visits to the Kremlin Armory, the Pushkin or Tretyakov Museums, or a ticket to an evening cultural event.

Day 5 – St. Petersburg
Today you fly to St. Petersburg where you are met and transferred to your hotel. The evening is free; you may wish to explore St. Petersburg on your own. 

Days 6 & 7 – St. Petersburg / Hermitage Museum
As part of the 300th anniversary celebration in 2003, St. Petersburg renovated more than 100 buildings, statues and parks — making the city lovelier than ever. We’ll take a morning tour along the Nevsky Prospekt, see the Bronze Horseman, the Spit of the Basil Island, St. Isaac’s Cathedral, Kazan Cathedral and the Cathedral of the Spilled Blood. A highlight of your stay is a visit to the famous Hermitage Museum with its masterpieces by hundreds of artists including Renoir, Da Vinci and Matisse. The rest of your time in St. Petersburg is free; our Russian Service Corps can arrange private optional tours to the Tsars’ summer palaces, or a ticket to a performance of Russian folk songs and dances.

Day 8 – Return to home
You are transferred to the airport for your flight home.

  • A visa for Russia is required for most of the countries that we couled prouide visa if you have a written letter from your own embassy.
  • Hotel upgrades available.
  • There is an additional surcharge for single passengers traveling alone.
  • During the 2006 season, space in Moscow is limited due to numerous trade fairs and conventions. Best available rates may apply during certain periods.
  • There is a $50 surcharge per person, each way for weekend travel on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
  • During Trade Fairs and Holidays additional surcharges may apply.
